Lee J's on the LeveeI've been eating at Lee J's for quite some time and really enjoy it. They offer an all-you-can-eat lunch buffet Monday thru Friday for $7.50, including drink and tax. Each day there are at least two different meats and plenty of vegetables, breads, etc. My wife loves their salad and iced tea and everyone seems to love their bread pudding with rum sauce. Sherry Perkins is the owner and she provides a very personal level of service along with her staff. Everyone is friendly and the food is so good you'll want to come back for more. Lee J's is only open for lunch Monday through Friday, however they do offer catering in the evenings. We've used them on several occasions with terrific results. They provide a great meal - not as many choices as the lunch menu, but a good value nevertheless. Their catering price includes facility rental, meal, waitresses, etc for a reasonable price. Well worth checking with them for your next banquet! Lee J's is located on Main Street near the Red River. They have a shared parking lot with Glass Specialties. (written 5/25/02) |
